Gratitude scientifically proven to cure heart failure
The American Psychological Association has recently conducted a study on people who suffer of heart deseases. The objective was observing the consequences of practicing gratitude: the result was unbelievable!
186 People who have previously suffered from heart attack were asked to practice gratitude every day. They were monitored and compared with a group control of people living in a more depressive state. The results showed that the first group improved mental and physical health, together with a high quality of sleep, more confidence and determination, less overall inflammation.
Being grateful means being able to see the positive aspects of life. Now we have a scientific proof that gratitude not only heal your soul, but also your body!
