5 Ways to increase the Serotonin levels

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another. It infuences a variety of psychological functions related to mood, sexual desire, appetite, sleep, memory, learning, body temperature and some behaviors. Its lack is often associated to depression.

There are many drugs that reproduce serotonin, but they have many side effects. Fortunately, we can naturally increase this vital brain chemical.

Here you’ll find 5 ways to increase serotonin in your  brain:

  1. Get some 5-HTP (Hydroxytryptophan): it has been found effective in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, hypertension, fibromyalgia and weight balance
