How to get rid of the annoying lower back's pain

Back pain in one of the consequences of being too sedentary or too active, paradoxically.

7. The total back stretch: you’d better hold the position for 30 seconds in the sagittal plane exercise version and 10 seconds on both sides in the front plane exercise version.
